Start an Application

Initially I will need some key details about your organisation to get started with your application along with the registration groups you provide. I can then assist you with the self-assessment against the NDIS Practice Standards.

Select an Auditor

Next, once your application is complete, you will receive a 'scope of audit' letter defining if you need a verification or certification audit. You will need to engage an auditor to undertake an audit. I can assist you in finding an auditing body that is a best fit for you.

Undergo an Audit

During the assessment the auditor will take into consideration the size, scale, scope and complexity of services you provide. A good auditor will help you understand best practices, areas for improvement and explain any findings.

Application Outcome

The NDIS Commission will review the audit and assess your suitability to become a registered provider. Once the decision is made they will contact you to advise whether your application was successful. The timeframe depends of various factors.
